Welcome to KYC MITRA (www.kycmitra.xyz), a service powered by Digital Universe. By using our website, subscription form, or communication services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Digital Universe, the service provider operating LPG SMS.

  • “Service” refers to the WhatsApp/SMS communication alerts sent through KYC MITRA.

  • “Gas Agency” refers to LPG distributors/agencies who use our platform to send alerts to their customers.

  • “End User/Subscriber” refers to the LPG customer who subscribes via the opt-in form or whose details are provided by their gas agency.

2. Scope of Service

  • We provide communication services that allow gas agencies to send important notifications (such as booking confirmations, safety checks, inspection reminders, eKYC deadlines, and related alerts) to their customers via WhatsApp or SMS.

  • We are not a gas distributor and do not supply LPG cylinders or related services. We only provide the communication channel.

3. User Opt-In & Consent

  • End users may subscribe to receive notifications by filling out the subscription form available on www.kycmitra.xyz

  • By submitting the form, you authorize us to send you service-related updates on behalf of your gas agency.

  • In cases where data is shared by the gas agency directly, the agency confirms that it has obtained the necessary consent from its customers.

4. Nature of Messages

  • All messages are strictly service-related and limited to gas bookings, deliveries, safety updates, eKYC reminders, and other essential communications.

  • Promotional, marketing, or unrelated messages will not be sent.

  • Each message will clearly state the name of the gas agency and that it is sent by Digital Universe on behalf of the gas agency.

5. Responsibilities of Gas Agencies

  • Gas agencies are responsible for providing accurate and updated customer information.

  • Gas agencies must ensure that they have valid customer consent before sharing contact numbers with us.

  • Digital Universe will not be liable for any disputes arising out of unauthorized sharing of customer data by the gas agency.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • We collect and use customer data only for the purpose of delivering service-related notifications.

  • Data will not be sold, shared, or misused for any purpose other than communication services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to deliver timely notifications, we are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or errors caused by network issues, WhatsApp/SMS service providers, or technical disruptions.

  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by missed or delayed alerts.

8. Service Termination

  • End users can unsubscribe from receiving notifications by contacting us at any time.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
